The Saffron Valley pop up restaurant prominently located in the main food court at Union Building and is open to University students, faculty and the general public.

Our specials highlight the regional cuisines of India from Street Food to Indo Chinese delicacies. The menu is carefully selected to utilize nutritional spices, fresh herbs and organic ingredients (whenever possible) including a selection of Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options.
