By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
Product Packaging
Our product is carefully packaged and shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Destinations
We ship out of South Jordan, Utah. Please allow 24 hours for order processing. For Saturday deliveries and urgent deliveries, please email info@saffronvalley.com. Saturday deliveries are an additional charge of $10.00.
International Shipping
We ship all over the world. Inquire with us for rates and delivery times. Upon receipt of payment from you, we guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped to any address of your choice. However, in the event that your order is lost, stolen, damaged or confiscated while in transit internationally, we offer no refund or return policy.
Holidays
Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays. If you would like to inquire about a specific holiday, and shipping availability for expedited orders, please email info@saffronvalley.com
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined by the size of the order and the destination of the shipment. Please inquire for larger orders.
Return Policy
Saffron Valley is committed to what we sell. If you are not satisfied with anything you purchase from us, you can send it back for a full refund or credit.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged on items shipped within the state of Utah.
