Sauté 1 chopped onion in 2 tbsp hot oil. Add required amount of spice blend and 1 chopped tomato and cook till it becomes a pulp. Add meat or vegetables and fry on high heat for 5 mins without letting the mixture stick to the bottom of the pan. Add 1 cup of water, salt to taste and allow to simmer until meat is tender. Add two tbsp creamed coconut or half a cup of coconut milk and let simmer for 5 more mins. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
